Milly Gray MBACP
I am a member of the British Association for Counselling and Psychotherapy (BACP). I offer a safe, empathic and non-judgemental space where you can explore your thoughts, feelings and experiences at your own pace. My approach is flexible and I draw on a range of interventions depending on your needs, working with whatever you choose to bring to our sessions.
Alongside counselling, I am also a Student Welfare Officer at Oxford University supporting students as they navigate their time at the University. My professional background includes time as an events organiser which means I understand first-hand the pressures of the workplace, leadership and organisational challenges.
My counselling practice is for individuals. I am particularly passionate about the outdoors and the positive impact of nature on wellbeing, so I also offer Walk and Talk Therapy when appropriate.
I provide support face-to-face, online, by phone, and outdoors through walk-and-talk sessions. Whether you’re looking for short-term help or longer-term support, I will work alongside you with warmth, confidentiality and compassion.
